We eventually decided on the Breeze Single Bed, and we’re thankful that Nigel was able to help expedite the delivery for us as we needed the bed frame quite urgently. stephanie tak2026-05-11Premium fees but highly unprofessional customer service.... -their sales representative told me off and insulted me when I mentioned their prices were very high...they suggested I can buy Ikea furniture if I'm ok with exposing my kids to formaldehyde! -second time I engaged them (I had to because I wanted to convert my high bed into a bunk bed to accommodate another child)....they used parts that had marks and blemishes...so I asked them to replace...which they agreed to...when the workers came to replace the damaged parts...the lead builder lied to me that he had replaced all the parts...upon inspection I saw that he had not done so and they were using some white putty to fill the hole! when I questioned him he said "Sorry my English no good" and then proceeded to change the part!! I spent 7K plus on their furniture....and this is the service I've gotten....would not engage again!!!Posted on Google
