Shipping and Delivery Information

Your Scandinavian kids bed or kids furniture ranging from kids single beds, kids loft beds, kids bunk beds, study and storage furniture, and baby furniture that are purchased with us are each lovingly crafted in Europe before shipped to Singapore. *Delivery Information Update Due to Covid-19: 7th April, 2020


In light of the recent Covid-19 situation, our commitment to our staff and customers’ safety is paramount. We’ve implemented safe-distancing measures, which are adhered to by our staff during deliveries.


We understand these are uncertain times, and we’re closely monitoring the ever changing situation. We strive to minimise disruption and to provide you with all the support you need when shopping with us. Our friendly retail and service teams remain available to you during business hours daily, and are happy to assist with any inquiries or support you might require.


During this time, our delivery team are strictly adhering to safe distancing measures during deliveries. We strongly advise the customer to be present at home upon the delivery team’s arrival to physically view the items(s) before signing the delivery receipt on mobile, of which the link would be sent to the customer, in line with safe distancing measures. The team will also take photos of the item(s) delivered.

Please provide us with the accurate measurements of your residential lift’s open-door height, width and depth to make sure the furniture is able to fit inside the lift during delivery. If the item is unable to fit into the lift; the lift is unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival; refusal of lift access by building management, there will be additional costs for the furniture to be carried on each non-lift-accessible floor. Do ensure that there is adequate and safe entry to their premises and are advised to protect valuable items prior to delivery.  


Please be advised to inspect the product carefully for defects and inform our delivery team forthwith of any defects found. Upon signing the delivery note, the delivered product is deemed to be received in perfect condition by the customer. Any defects or problems thereafter will be dealt with under the terms of warranty.  


Deliveries are available on Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) from 11am – 5pm. Any change to delivery date must be made 24 hours before the agreed delivery date and time to avoid additional charges.


Shipping Charges

All shipping costs to Singapore are inclusive in our pricing. For shipping to any other countries, our team are able to arrange this on your behalf. Please note that all additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.  


Return & Cancellation Policy 

All our kids furniture are handcrafted with expertise in Europe, ensuring only high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns, or cancellations once the order has been made. Should you require further assistance of this matter, do email us at For ex-display items sold, the item/s are sold in the condition as is, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
